Single course will not export to PDF
Hi team,
having issues with one course that I have in Rise. It exports to LMS and web with no issue, but when trying to PDF sits and spins and never emails or completes.

Turns out Rise doesn't like SVG files. Once these were changed the issue has been fixed!

Karl is right in that Rise should be able to support images using SVG format - as noted in this article. If you are unable to export your course as PDF again, you can reach out to our support, and we'll help you investigate what is happening.
