SL 360 Not allowing user to drag seekbar?

Hello,  I have the player properties set to have the Seekbar 'allow user to drag seekbar' however, the behavior is that only the Pause and Play buttons are working.  I cannot see the progression o...

This is a real puzzler, Kelly. I wouldn't think that Chrome 61 would make a difference compared to Chrome 62. 

I'd like to have our Support Engineers weigh in on this, so I've opened a case for you. They'll reach out to you via email soon!
