Hi all - is anyone having trouble with Storyline crashing when trying to insert TTS audio? I have a course I've been working on for over a month and have had no problems previously. Today, it crashes every time I try to add TTS audio. I've tried it on two different computers, and it's crashing on both. I'm hoping the file has not somehow become corrupted...please tell me others are having this problem also!

I'm sorry to hear that text-to-speech audio is causing Storyline to crash!
Testing the behavior on my end (Storyline 360 ver. 3.80.31058.0 via Windows Parallels on a Mac M1) I was able to add TTS audio without issue. Everything was working as expected!
It's possible new elements added to the course may have caused some form of file corruption. Not to worry! I'd be happy to take a closer look at your .story file if you're comfortable sharing! Feel free to attach it here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
Also, if you're encountering any error message when Storyline crashes it would be helpful to see a screenshot of what the message says.
