Can you send us a screenshot of what your Storyline 360 installation looks like after clicking on the 'Redock All Windows' button? Additionally, have you tried:
- Minimizing and maximizing the Storyline 360 window
- Moving Storyline 360 to another screen (if you are using more than one)
- Repairing Storyline 360
