Missing/Hidden Layer?

Hello;

I have a sample project file I obtained some time ago. It has a neat little menu button, when you click it, it expands and provides three other menu options. However - I can't seem to find the layer! 

 

I see this for the "Menu" variable, but can't find the layer! 

• Used by a shape trigger on "Oval 1" on "1.1 Base Layer" in "1 Untitled Scene"

        Trigger Text: "Add 1.00 to Menu   When the user clicks "

• Used by a slide trigger on "1 Clean" in "1 Clean"

        Trigger Text: "Show layer Activated When Menu changes "

So there is a "Activated" layer... Am I missing something here?
