Users have reported not being able to advance past this slide - it looks like it's a lightbox in our LMS, but not when I try to troubleshoot in SL. Please see attached source file and PPT file with a screen shot of what the slide looks like in the LMS.
Can someone please have a look to see if we can get this sorted out.

From the image you shared in PPT, it looks like the slider slide is designed to come in as a lightbox slide. The single slide you sent isn't enough to troubleshoot what's going on though.
To save you time, I'd contact our support team and they can help you/
Something you can try in the interim: go to the lightbox slide and add a button on it with a trigger to close the lightbox slide. See if that helps.
If it does, you can set some conditions on when to reveal the button.
