Slide resizing

Hi Jennifer, 

Thanks so much for reaching out!

In order to better assist you, I have a quick question:

  • Have you tried changing the slide size in the original file prior to importing it into your new .story file? If so, what happens? Perhaps that will resolve this extra white background showing when you import this slide. 

If that doesn't seem to do the trick, please share your .story file in this thread or privately in a support case so we can take a closer look!

    Hi,
    I submitted the project via 'submit a case.' The slide I'm importing is at the correct size. Not sure what the issue is with this particular slide.

      Hi Jennifer!

      Thanks for following up! I wasn’t seeing any new support cases for you on our end, but not to worry! I went ahead and created one on your behalf so you can share your project file privately with our support engineers. You’re in great hands working one on one with them!

      Also, it looks like part of your e-mail signature came through when you replied via e-mail. You can remove that if needed by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response.
