Slide taking a lot of time to load or that doesn't load
Hello, Some slides take a long time to load, sometimes they don't even load at all. The three waiting points flash continuously. You must then exit the module and start again. Have you ever encounter...
They are always different slides. Sometimes everything works fine and sometimes it blocks on a slide in a file or another at random. When you leave the module and come back it works again. It doesn't seem to me to be related to the slide or to the file.

I'm sorry to hear you're running into this snag. Do you also notice the lag in a new Storyline course with multiple slides? If so, we should rule out a problem with the Storyline installation. If you're already working on your local drive, try running these steps to fix possible installation issues.
If the intermittent lag can only be observed in the Storyline file you shared in the screen recording, we'd be happy to investigate what causes it. You may share your Storyline project here or privately in a support case, where our Support Engineers will work with you one-on-one. We'll delete it when we're done testing.
