Sliders - Surface Pro

Hello,

I like using a slider occasionally in my courses. However, I'm finding that sliders do not work well for users that are viewing the course on a Surface Pro. They freeze or do not move. It works fine for laptops and computers. Is anyone else having this issue? Are there any recommendations for it?

    Hi Diana and Jay,

    I have some great news to share! We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 77, we've included important fixes and new features.

    One of the bugs we've fixed is: 

    • Sliders and dials didn't work on touchscreen devices.

    Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.

    Please let me know if you need additional help!

    Hello Diana!

    Unfortunately, we've noticed the same on our end with sliders and dials on a Surface Pro. Our team has logged this as a software bug. In the meantime, I've added your comments to our current report so that we can continue tracking customer impact. We'll keep you updated in this discussion when we have more information on a fix!

    Hi, I'm following this thread in case there are updates. 

    Lauren, do you know if there is a plan to try and fix the Surface issues on the Storyline side with a software update?

    Hello everyone!

    Popping in to share that we are no longer seeing the issue with Drag and Drop interaction via Touch Screen on Surface Pro when testing with a Surface Pro 7 and the latest update of Storyline 360, which is Build 3.61.27106.0.
