Snapshots feature not working this morning
Hi ChanceHunter-e1,
Happy to help!
Are you still experiencing this behavior when using the Snapshots feature?
Did you happen to make any changes to your course since the last time you created a snapshot?
If you're still running into this, could you please share a screen recording of what you are experiencing? We'd be happy to take a closer look at your setup. Feel free to share your screen recording in this discussion or privately in a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Thank you for reaching back out. I think I have it figured out now. I didn't realize you need to rename an existing version to create a new snapshot, or that you have to publish to Review to get it to recognize there should be a new version.

Hello ChanceHunter-e1,
I'm glad to hear everything's sorted out on your end. Good job figuring out how the snapshot feature works! In addition to renaming an existing version and publishing to Review, you can create a new snapshot if Rise 360 detects any other changes, like adding or removing content.
If you need help with anything else, please let us know here in the E-Learning Heroes Community or privately in a support case. We'll be happy to assist you.
