Sometime storyline block in Rise displays black with filename

Hello,

When I add a Storyline file to a Rise module via Review 360, sometime it appears balck with the filename (pic attached).

How can it display the beginning I've made for it?

If that is not possible, how to I change the filename?

    This is a known issue, if you are using video or audio on your first slide.
    The solution is rather simple: Just add a blank slide, make it your start slide and add a trigger that jumps to your first slide with content.

    That's it.
