Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Rise 360's Sorting Activities!

I see that you've opened a support case, being handled by my teammate, Phil. As he shared, we have this behavior logged as a bug in Rise 360. This bug causes the inability to drag items in a Sorting Activity, when previewing the LMS output on Android devices. I've linked this discussion to the bug report, so we can notify you as soon as a fix is in place.

Hello,
We have had a customer complain of the same issue a couple of months ago so we have avoided using any sorting activities since. Has this bug been fixed?
