Sorting Activity

I'd like to create a sorting activity for our employee career development program where a user can sort through values and place them in one of three categories - most important, somewhat important and not important. Has anyone done this in the past? What tool did you use? There are no right or wrong answers. There is a limit to the number of responses which can be placed in the "most important" category.
