Soryline 360 Exit button not working in Chrome.

I have changed the Scorm Driver File to Alway close but this did not help.  The Course is not resuming either.  This happend inn the Demo mode and the Live Course in the LMS.  This seems to be the case with most of my recent courses.  This should not be a problem with Chrome as it is a very popular Browser.  I have been using Articulate for years and until recently have not had as significant a pro blem as this.  I need a support case opend but I can't even find  where to do that now.  Please help me ASAP.
