How do you download the source files for a course? We have a license and are using Rise.
Hi Sarah,
Exported files are not editable.
You require an active subscription to retain access to your Rise courses/source files.
So if your client requires access as well, they would also require an active Rise account.

My client definitely has a subscription but the problem is that they would like to house the source files on their own server for security reasons.
