Why can't I re-adjust the Oval Callout shape?
I'm sorry that you ran into an issue where the Oval Callout shape pointer can no longer be adjusted once it's stretched out! We have reported it to our team as a bug, and continue to keep an eye on it to evaluate how many customers are impacted and what impact it has on courses.
In the meantime, you can use the Oval Caption in the Caption drop-down to be able to re-adjust as needed!
Why doesn't my Delete key not delete in Storyline?
This is expected behavior when using a Mac. To delete, you'll have to use the fn+delete combination, or you can just right-click on the object and select Cut.
