I'm running storyline 360 on my macbook pro Sonoma with Windows 11 using Parallels. Everything is upgraded to pro edition. Storyline keeps freezing and giving me the spinning wheel of death and going to the "recovered" file version. What else can I try? I have an M3 Pro chip, and memory pressure is green, so memory capacity isn't the problem, I think.

Can you share what Parallels version you're using? I'd like to ensure it's version 18 and above, which supports Microsoft ARM versions of Windows 11 Pro for Apple M-series computers.
