    Hi Patricia,

    Where are you PDF's stored?

    It sounds like they are located behind a firewall.

      Hi,

      Yes they are stored on our internal Sharepoint site.

        Hi Patricia,

        Most LMS's exist outside the organizational firewall, so when you link to a document on SharePoint, SharePoint will require a login. It's not a Rise issue.

        Note that when you reply to forums posts using email, your email signature with all your personal contact information is also posted to the public forum.

    Hi Karl,

    Thanks for the signature tip.

    That is interesting, because we have links to Sharepoint docs in RISE and therefore our LMS, which work in other RISE blocks, however it does not work for the Embed block.
