Staff Engagement Survey

Has anyone developed a Staff Engagement Survey in Articulate 360? If so, are you just creating a module with a link to a survey created in another platform (QuestionPro, Survey Monkey?) or does Articulate have suggested surveys?

    We create our surveys in CheckMarket and then embed the surveys in our Rise courses.
