Starting scene doesn't show

When publishing my storyline, the starting scene (menu) isn't shown. It starts directly at slide 1 of chapter 1. I published the storyline before and it did start at the right point. I ju...

Attached the file.
the file was damaged (fixed version -> attachment)
how I fixed it
- delete chapter 1 + 2
- published to web
- undo delete (control-z)
now the course starts with the menu slide
