Statement D font has changed overnight
Hi all. Overnight it appears that the Statement D font has changed across all my team's Rise 360 eLearning modules. Our stakeholders want the font changed back. How do we customise the font for Statement Ds?
Hi. I'm also having a similar issue with Statement D font. I have written words in te reo which include macrons, and the letter with the macron has bolded. I can't unbold it. This seems to have happened just today.
Yes, I think this happened overnight. Maybe the return of the 'bug' that was around 8 months ago?
I've had a proper look at the Developers screen and the font is Merriweather instead of the specific company font that is successfully being used throughout the rest of the eLearning module.
Me too - font loss on Statement D blocks (impact block). Should be Arial but is overwritten by merriweather serif.
Hi. I'm having the same issue with Statement D, having Merriweather serif instead of Arial.
The same here! Suddenly overnight all the my courses (over 100) that use my custom fonts are showing the wrong font in Statements B and D. I am sanity checking all these courses and redoing the scorm file to replace previous ones on a LMS platform. Need this sorted urgently because the courses need to be replaced with the updated version as quickly as possible.
Please get this solved asap.
Same here - getting dinged by Marketing group because it's not longer our branding font.

Refresh/clear cache to see it fixed. Confirmed all good now too. 👍
