Stop Audio in Rise
Hello!
I'm new to Rise and was wondering - if a learner starts a Storyline interaction, which has audio, and then clicks a "continue" bar before the audio ends, is there a way to have the audio stop? Right now it appears the audio continues.
Thanks!
Hi Danielle!
You could require the learner to listen to the full audio before clicking the continue button. This tutorial explains how to set that up!
Let me know if you need any help along the way. 😁

This is a great question that has not really been addressed properly. To expect the person to listen to the full audio is not an option for me Has the feature been added now so that the audio stops playing?
Hey Steve!
Right now, Rise 360 doesn't have a feature that will stop the audio in a Storyline block when the learner scrolls down to the next block. I can understand the need, so I'll make sure my team sees your request!

Checking in on this request - any progress or idea when this scrolling/audio issue will be addressed?
Hi Michelle, thanks for following up on this. No updates yet to include a feature to stop audio when a learner scrolls down. We'll let the team know you still have a need for this!

I know this is a request that is long overdue for a response. Has this issue in RISE been addressed?

Renz, can you work with Eric and Joe to find a resolution? See my post here: https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-storyline/stop-audio-playing-in-rise-when-storyline-block-is-clicked#reply-874784
