Stop auto-play in embedded video - Rise

Here we are in 2023, and I am having this issue as well! Embedded video (actually a narrated piece embedded as a SL block) plays as soon as the page loads, even though it's 3/4 down the page.
It does not do that in Review 360, FYI, only in the LMS.
Please tell me there's a solution!
