Hi Lauren! I was able to fix by rolling back to the June 18th version of Storyline 360. I'll send the project file using a support case. Thank you!

    Thank you for sharing your Storyline project file in a support case, Dawn! I see that my colleague Chester helped link this issue with an existing bug we are currently monitoring.

      We're still able to replicate this issue, so I've added you to the bug report. We'll let you know when we have an update. Installing older versions of Storyline 360 is available in the Articulate 360 Desktop app, but you can only roll back to versions that were released in the last 6 months. If you need an older version of Storyline 360, you can request for a copy of the installer of your preferred version by reaching out to our support team here!
