We're here to help! It sounds like the PowerPoint slides are blank in Storyline 360.
Here are a few questions to get us started:
- What type of graphics have you added in PowerPoint?
- How are you saving the PowerPoint?
- Which version of PowerPoint are you using?
- Have you tried copying the slides to a new PowerPoint file and then imported it into Storyline 360?
These questions will help us start troubleshooting! I'm looking forward to finding the fix.
