Storyline - preview and publish not showing slides

I'm having the same problem now myself. I've upgraded to the latest version (3.117.36909.0) but I can't preview any slides. I don't think it's a font thing for me, as I'm only using Calibri. I'm wondering if it's an IT department setting, as there was some sort of update over the weekend before things went awry. I put in a support ticket, so I'll wait to hear what Articulate comes back with, but until then, I'll just wait...
