Hi Lorenz,

Thanks for your post! It can be tough to nail down why this is happening, since it seems to be random. I have a couple of questions that will help me narrow down why this is happening:

  • Did you publish the file for Web or LMS? 
  • Where is the published file hosted?
  • When you're on PC, are you using the latest version of Google Chrome? And on iPad, are you using Safari in Apple iOS 7 and later? Those are the supported browsers we recommend for HTML5 content.
