Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you would like to report within your LMS.
Yes, you are correct. Storyline won't report a percentage based on X out of Y slides viewed, it will only report completed based on viewing the required number of slides.
I'm not familiar with that LMS, but hopefully others in the community will be able to chime in with their recommendations.
