Sorry to hear that you encountered a similar issue. I'd like to ask a few questions to get a better understanding of what's happening:
- Are you trying to change the font color of player elements?
- If not, are you trying to change the font color of slide titles in your course? And if so, are you using a Slide Master to control the formatting of the slides?
