Storyline 3 crashes when adding video to project

A couple questions to help figure out what's going on here!
- How big is "a large video file"?
- What update of Storyline 3 are you using? The latest is Storyline 3, build 3.5.16548.0
- Have you tried importing this file into any other, blank .story files?
- Do any other videos cause a crash or just this file?
If you're able to share those details that'll help us point you in the right direction! Also, if you can upload the file here (using the Add Attachment button) or provide us a link to where we can download it I'm happy to test it out too.
