Storyline 3 crashes when adding video to project

Sorry to hear that you ran into a similar issue. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Are you files saved on a local directory?
- Does the same behavior happen when you try to add a video from the Content Library?
- Does the issue happen regardless of which video you add (long or short, standard definition or high definition)?
I've attached a sample video file. For troubleshooting, please try saving it to either your Desktop or to your My Documents folder and then adding it to your course to see if the dragging behavior still occurs.
