Storyline 3 misreading audio length
Good day!
I have a 4 minute audio file that I am trying to insert into a slide. For some reason, Storyline is reading this audio file as 19,000 seconds long. Because it think it is so long, it is taking forever for it to process or load for editing.
I have tried this is a brand new blank presentation. I have tried both mp3 and wav versions of the sound clip with different names. I have tried different sound clips altogether. I have deleted and re-installed Storyline. The audio file plays fine outside of Storyline and is the desired length. I am out of ideas.
Has anyone else seen something like this?

Sometimes, immediately after you load a media file, you can go to the end in the timeline, start dragging the endline left, and hit the left arrow key. That will collapse the timeline to the true duration, and it will work.
