Storyline 3 not starting up
Hello @SusanLeigh! If you still have your activation code available, you could try to uninstall and reinstall a new copy of Storyline 3 to see if that does the trick! We ended support for Storyline 3 back in February 2024, which means that we won't be releasing any new updates. If you are interested in upgrading to Articulate 360, which includes Storyline 360, we do offer a 30 day trial.

Hi Lauren, can I check what an activation code is - is it the code that comes up on the splash screen as Storyline fires up? Thank you

Hi Lauren, I have found an activation code which I was given last year when I got my new computer - storyline wouldn't load on it but this new activation code solved the problem. However, it says on the message I received from support that the code would only last for seven days. How do I go about getting another one? I have my serial number.

Hello Kelly, thank you for your reply and I have successfully reinstalled Storyline 3 on my computer. I activated it using my serial number and its now opening and working - but it didn't ask for an activation code. I'm guessing I'm all set and this won't be a problem further down the line?
