Storyline 3 not starting up

Hello, tried to open Articulate Storyline 3 today on my desktop and it won't open. It just hangs on the splash screen. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it? Thank you.

Hi Lauren, I have found an activation code which I was given last year when I got my new computer - storyline wouldn't load on it but this new activation code solved the problem. However, it says on the message I received from support that the code would only last for seven days. How do I go about getting another one? I have my serial number.

You can try manually activating Storyline 3 by following these steps. If you run into any trouble, please let us know!

    Hello Kelly, thank you for your reply and I have successfully reinstalled Storyline 3 on my computer. I activated it using my serial number and its now opening and working - but it didn't ask for an activation code. I'm guessing I'm all set and this won't be a problem further down the line?

      Thanks great to hear you're up and running!

      It sounds like you may have done the automatic activation. If you've activated Storyline 3 with your serial number, you should all set! Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.
