Storyline 3 Player Not Appearing

Hello!

When I click on the "Player" button in Storyline everything in Storyline is locked and cannot be used. It does not appear to be frozen. I can click "Esc" and it unlocked Storyline and all of the features and buttons work again.

I saw a different post (from 8 years ago) that it might be the Player opening up on a different monitor and I have looked EVERYWHERE for it. I unplugged monitors in hopes it would pop up and it did not.

Any advice?
