I appreciate you taking the time to reach out and share what you are experiencing with your published Storyline 3 project.
I'm not clear on what 'tick box' you are referring to.
- Is this a setting within your LMS?
- Do you experience the same issue with retrying in another LMS, such as SCORM Cloud?
