Storyline 3 stuck says initializing commands

My storyline is stuck since morning. It says initializing commands. I have restarted my laptop as well several times. I guess I got some updates and now I am on Windows 10. Can you please...

I'm having the same problem. Running Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1903. I noticed the repair instructions are form 2017.
Repairing it will require IT involvement and a download time of about 60 min. That's resource consuming. Before I go that route is there anything else i can try?
