Storyline 3 stuck says initializing commands

Hi Team, My storyline is stuck since morning. It says initializing commands. I have restarted my laptop as well several times. I guess I got some updates and now I am on Windows 10. Can you please...

I had an Windows update yesterday to 20H2, and now Storyline 3 is having this same behavior. When I get the Install file and Run as Administrator, it tells me that Articulate Storyline has already been installed, and another with "A newer version on Articulate Storyline is already installed", with a Finish button. No other prompts.
