Storyline 3 won't open on laptop

Laptop running Windows 11. Application freezes on "initializing commands" status but never opens (see pic).

Hello Autumn! 

Thank you for sharing a screenshot! Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Storyline 3? If not, here are the steps:

  1. Go to the control panel on your computer and uninstall Storyline 3.
  2. Reboot your computer.
  3. Download and install the latest Storyline 3 update.
  4. Reboot your computer again and test Storyline.

Let me know if that doesn't do the trick!
