Storyline 360 - PowerPoint import not working
"Failed to import PowerPoint presentation" - I built a 3-slide .pptx file, and Storyline 360 will not import it. I tried everything on the "Find out why here" link and it is still not working. HEL...
Here are a couple of other things you can try:
- Copy your PowerPoint file to your local hard drive.
- Check to see which is the default app for opening PowerPoint files. You can do this in Windows 10 by going to settings and then searching for Default apps. For more information on how to do this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028161/windows-10-change-default-programs
