Storyline 360 : Bug combining hover and drag & drop triggers on the same click area ?
Hello everyone,
(my Storyline instance is installed in french language, so it could be some misspelling on some functions - screeshots would be obscure)
On a serious game "point & click" oriented, i have a click area "ZoneBadgeTerminal", player have do drag and drop an object "Badge" on it to trigger an action - (this action is itself triggered by changing the value of a variable).
So i have a first trigger :
"Affect to %BadgeEntry% the value "True" when user drops "Badge" on "ZoneBadgeTerminal"
it works perfectly and the action (open doors) works perfectly
Because the players have difficulties to locate / identify the Badge Terminal on the screen, i would add a explicative popup named "TipBadgeTerminal".
So i add another trigger
"Define the state of "TipBadgeTerminal" to "Normal" when the mouse's cursor hovers "ZoneBadgeTerminal"
Return to the previous state when the mouse leaves the area
After adding this second trigger, the first one don't work anymore ! (variable don't change)
If i deactivate the "hover" trigger, the first trigger works again.
Is it a bug or some sort of incompatibilities between click area, drag and drop, and hover actions ?

Hi AntoineBajolet! Thanks for including a screenshot! Unfortunately, this is hard to troubleshoot without seeing the file. We'd love to test this out on our end. Do you mind sharing .story with us? You can share it privately in a support case.
