Storyline 360 -Logged In, But Still Prompts for Login

I am logged into SL360, but the program keeps prompting me for a login. Clicking "Sign In" does not load any login prompt.

The Articulate 360 application will reauthenticate you every 30 days through a login to confirm the valid subscription and it's a best practice for security purposes as well.
