storyline 360- publish to video thumbnail not saving as first slide of scene
Hello,
Having an issue, assuming I am missing something small in some type of setting on the player options. My published video is coming across as a black screen instead of the cover photo option...
I am having a similar issue - I publish to video and the thumbnail defaults to some random spot in the video, NOT the first slide which is a "title" sort of slide that has identifying info. Is there a fix? Thank you!

I'm curious if the background on the first slide has been changed to a color other than the default, white background. We're investigating a possible software bug where the video thumbnail displays the second slide if the first slide's background is changed to a different color. If you're willing to share your file here or privately in a support case, I'd be happy to take a closer look to see if this bug could be affecting your project!
