Storyline 360 Acknowledge Button after Passing Quiz with 80%

Regarding the "I have read and agree to this policy" acknowledgement, this sounds like a good fit for the True/False question slide in Storyline 360. A few questions to help anyone who would like to chime in: 

• What is the purpose of this question? Is it to mark the course as complete or just to serve as a closing interaction with the learner? 
• Does this response need to get sent and recorded in the LMS?
• Do you prefer to track course completion using the quiz result, or through this response?
