Storyline 360 background audio continues in Rise AFTER storyline ends
Love the new background audio option in Storyline 360. However, when embedded in RISE it continues to play, even after the "exit course" and "Complete course" triggers have been activated.
The music ONLY stops after the learner leaves the storyline block within RISE. It makes it feel like the storyline is not finished.
Please help!
Try adding a trigger to stop background audio when you click complete course / exit course button.
