Storyline 360: Changing the mouse cursor from the Hand to a Pointer (arrowhead)

1) I need to change the mouse cursor to display on a slide with the Hand cursor - I want to change it to the Pointer. I can't find an instruction on how to do this. I removed a hype...

Are these items clickable, or do they have selected states? If so, a hand cursor will appear by design.
If you don't mind sharing a slide with me, I'll take a look and see if there's anything we can do to work around that function. ☺️
