Hi Brett,
Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. I'd like to ask a few clarifying questions to help me better understand what's going on.
- One thing you can check is if your using Classic or Modern text. New Storyline projects use Modern text, and existing projects use Classic text, but you have the ability to switch between the two. Switching to modern text can make minor changes to spacing, and it’s possible that blocks of text could wrap differently, especially if you designed your course so text wraps at specific points.
- You mentioned a few users are experiencing this issue, but if you test the course, does it play as expected? You can try troubleshooting your course with SCORM Cloud. If it works in in SCORM Cloud, I recommend reaching out to your LMS for assistance.
If it doesn't play as expected, we can assume that the issue lies within the project file. If you're willing to share that with us, we'd be happy to investigate further. You can upload it here or privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
