Storyline 360 Custom Previous/Next not working when previewing entire project OR scene. They do work if I publish.

Have you tried importing your slides over to a new project file to see if this helps? If the issue persists, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
