Storyline 360 freezes when I try to access Player Settings

Have wasted hours upon hours with this issue until co-pilot found this article for me. Can't believe that this program doesn't work properly on a larger monitor 5 years down the line!....
Only works when the main app is on a 1080p res monitor.
The compatibility/DPI settings fix suggestion doesn't work at all.
Driven me to distraction, this has.....😮
