Storyline 360 image issue when copying from another Storyline file
Hi all,
There seems to be an issue when copying a 360 image with markers and hotspots from one Storyline file to another.
I am not able to edit some (not all) of the imported 360 images in the new Storyline file. I get the three little dots showing that it's trying to load, but nothing happens.
Has anyone else had this issue. Thanks!

Hi Mathieu,
Thanks for reaching out! I just did some testing on my end, and I'm not able to reproduce this issue. I'm going to reach out in a support case to gather logs and help troubleshoot this issue.
Thank You,
Tyler

In the new storyline file, import from storyline the slide from the old file. That is the most reliable way to include everything in a functioning state. Copy paste is still an area of continuing growth in SL.

After further testing the issue is still present.
Here is what I have tried so far using the same 360 image:
-Copy/paste image from another file
-Copy/paste slide from another file
-Import slide from another fileUsing all three of these methods, I am still not able to edit the 360 image in the new file.
After a few minutes, I get the screen with a big red "X" (see attached).Thank you for your help!
I appreciate the update, Mathieu. I've shared this in your support case so that you can continue working directly with our support team.
